MIRACLES IN MINDFULNESS™
Mindfullness practices are shown in multiple studies to effect multiple brain functions and even your immune response. The proven effects being so powerful that even The U.S. Surgeon General, Vivek Murthy, advocates the use of mindfulness programs in schools.
With Miracles in Mindfullness ™ you will learn what mindfulness is and is not, the skills needed to have an effective practice, the many benefits of practicing mindfulness and the research that backs it up. Attendees will experience meditations and journaling, learn about the yamas and niyamas, and learn the ten principles of the practice.
This course is appropriate for all age groups 8 years through adults.
Using the principles of Mindfulness, and emphasizing the 10 principles taught by Patanjali', this course will help the student create a more peaceful, balanced, and focused mindset. There will be group discussion/sharing, instructions, and meditation.
